By accessing or using pageParser.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

pageParser.io is a web-based SaaS platform that allows users to extract structured data from publicly accessible web pages using AI-assisted parsing. The Service provides scheduled scraping jobs, JSON and XML data outputs, screenshot archiving, and related features as described on our website.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to: • Scrape or collect data in violation of a website's Terms of Service or applicable law. • Access, collect, or store personal data about third parties without appropriate authorization. • Circumvent technical measures (beyond standard anti-bot evasion for publicly accessible content) or otherwise gain unauthorized access to systems. • Transmit malicious code, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or its users. • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the robots.txt directives, Terms of Service, and applicable laws of any website you target.

The Service offers Free, Plus, and Custom subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Each plan has defined limits on the number of parsers and monthly runs. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that we reasonably determine are abusing the Service, causing undue load, or violating these Terms, regardless of whether defined plan limits have been exceeded.

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of pageParser.io and its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Postmark (email), and S3-compatible storage. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, pageParser.io SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction as mutually agreed.
